How do I become a Career Prospects temporary worker?
You will have to make an appointment to register at one of our branches – you will be interviewed, complete application forms, assessed against current assignments and then offered work now or in the near future. Your work is always assessed with our clients and the better the reports the more work you will be offered!
How do I get paid?
Career Prospects look after all your PAYE deductions and provide a detailed payslip each week. Hours and pay are calculated from a completed timesheet, your wages are then paid directly into your bank account by electronic transfer. As a temporary worker you are paid for the hours worked and authorised by the company on your timesheet each week.
If I’m looking for permanent employment will I be overlooked if I’m temping?
No, if you have stated that you are looking for permanent employment as well, then any permanent job that matches your skills and experience will be discussed with you. Naturally, the consultant will interview you for this role and decide on your suitability before submitting your details to our client.
